Casa Rosa is a wonderfully designed 2-BR condo with bohemian-chic vibes and details throughout. Casa Rosa boasts 2-Primary Bedrooms equipped with en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace with incredible view to the Bay of Banderas. The bones of Casa Rosa are Mykonos-inspired with rounded-off arches and shimmering white walls, giving off serious Greek Island vibes. The design details throughout will have guests feeling like they are staying in their own 5-star hotel, including two hand-painted bedroom murals and stunning art created by amazing local artists throughout.

Guests can access Casa Rosa via an elevator that opens right next to the front door. The first level of Casa Rosa is an open concept featuring a large chef's kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar, dining table, minibar, living area w/TV+ an additional seating area. Large accordion-style sliding glass doors open the first floor to a large private terrace providing fabulous indoor/ outdoor lounging and dining. The first-level terrace is highlighted with a private pool and an outdoor dining area, ideal for watching beautiful sunsets over the Pacific. The terrace also features 2-sunbeds and an outdoor bathroom for convenience. Stairs to the side of the terrace allow guests to get to the second-level terrace without going through the home. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is designed for guests to create delectable homemade meals. If you feel like being treated, ask us about our amazing private chef and gift your guests fabulous locally sourced meals paired with divine cocktails while you watch the beautiful setting sun dip into the Pacific. A dedicated minibar highlights the kitchen for guests to make fantastic morning mimosas or delicious dinnertime margaritas. No detail has gone overlooked, and Casa Rosa is stocked with every kitchen utensil and tool to make your meal prep an amazing experience. The meticulously designed living room is complete with a smart TV and is equipped w/ US + Canadian TV Channels. An additional seating area provides ample seating for your guests, whether watching a movie or a beautiful sunset. The entire home is outfitted with Fiber Optic wifi and a dedicated mesh system to ensure an excellent signal anywhere in the home Both Primary Bedrooms are on the second level, which a spiral staircase can access just off the living + dining area.

Both bedrooms are a great size. Primary Bedroom #1 is the smaller of the two bedrooms, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in breathtaking ocean views. Guests in Primary Bedroom #1 will wake up to beautiful views of the Pacific and can also get these views in their sizeable en-suite bathroom and shower. It features a privacy shade so that guests can shower with complete privacy without sacrificing their stunning ocean views. Adjacent to Primary Bedroom #1 is a private terrace through sliding glass doors with a small seating area to take in the vast bay views. Primary Bedroom #1 also has a large closet with drawers and hangers available. Primary Bedroom #2 features a large sleeping area with a king-size bed and a large closet with drawers and hangers. Inside Primary Bedroom #2, there is also a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and desk chair, perfect for setting up a laptop and getting to work. Bedroom #2 also boasts its own living room/ lounge area complete with a TV and coffee table, set just next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the private terrace. These sliding glass doors also provide amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Bedroom #2 also has a large en-suite bathroom attached.

Other things to Note:

Max occupancy for the home is 4 People. Our guests are permitted to have 4 additional people visit however they must exit by 11pm. Building Quiet time is 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Pet Notices - The owner regrets that due to extreme family allergies they cannot accept pets at this home.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Rosa for a week. It was a wonderful experience, and we had a great time. The house was immaculate and comfortable, and it had everything we needed to feel at home. By far the best part was the magnificent view of the ocean and the sunset. I will definitely miss the sun casting a warm glow across the water while listening to the waves crash gently against the shore.

Beautiful home. Gorgeous views! Very comfortable. Loved the decor, and the bed and sheets were so comfortable! I traveled with my parents so we took Ubers everywhere as the walk to most places was a bit steep for them. But the rides were quick and easy to get. Just something to keep in mind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting PV.

SPECTACULAR!!!! Casa Rosa is even better than it looks in pictures. It’s absolutely gorgeous and incredibly stylish. Every piece of furniture and art was perfect. The effect was so soothing and peaceful. The entire wall opens to the deck and the pool so you can be inside/outside. It was so peaceful and private. We spent hours just sitting by the pool watching the boats and the birds. The pool is twice as big as it looks in pictures. The bed (we only used one) was so comfortable and the linens were incredibly soft. Every bathroom was very well stocked with towels, TP and soaps. The kitchen was one of the best I have found in an Airbnb. We cooked every night and had every tool and cooking item we needed. The view is outstanding. You can see for miles (we saw several whales) & the boats are so fun to watch. We were sad to leave and absolutely plan to return to this beautiful spot.
