The pools were great, you are literally walking distance from the beach and so many stores/restaurants within walking distance. I've used Samson Waters for Property Management in Tulum, Mexico for more than 1 year. I've never had an issue, that they didn't take care of ASAP. As a property owner, I wanted not only an honest company, but someone who is oriented towards the needs of my guests. This is what Samson Waters provides. If any issues occur, they are on top of it and take care of it right away. As my personal experience speaks, first few months of working together is all about figuring out the processes and timing.
