This home in Pavilion Luxury Residences is stylish, comfortable, and feels like home with high-end finishings and materials, including quality water filtration system.

At this time we cannot accept pets at this unit due to owner allergies. Thank you for understanding.

**This building is in the heart of the Romantic Zone directly across from Co-De Nightclub, which on Friday and Saturday nights has music. Guests of this home should be ready for a vibrant downtown stay. The bedroom is located away from the outter walls of the building and getting rest when desired is not a problem.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
