Please note: the apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.

There are some contructions around the building, they usually work from 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Fridays and from 9am - 1 pm Saturday.

To highlight the spaciousness and modern design, the living room, dining area, and kitchen feature large uncovered windows that flood the space with natural light to flow freely and creating a bright, airy atmosphere. Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment feels open, light-filled, and pleasantly expansive and connection with the surroundings.
There is no elevator in the building.
We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. This helps us keep everything in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If any irreversible stains are found, additional charges may apply after your stay.
Additionally, if you notice any damage or issues in the unit during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them as soon as possible. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
