Condo Pata Salada's stunning refreshed interior featuring bricks loft style design and clean modern feel, in Alta Vista is a great way to experience Puerto Vallarta! Come take in life like a local, just a couple blocks away from the thriving heart of the world famous Romantic Zone! Eat tacos at the stand just out front of the main doors of the building, shop on Basilio Badillo down the hill, two blocks away, and the sunny beaches of Banderas Bay about 10 mins walk away!

Other things to Note:
This home is actually for sale. During your stay we may ask if the realtor can show the home to potential buyers giving you 48 hours notice and your approval before any showing request. If you want to see the listing we can provide it on FLEXMLS.

As this is a local neighborhood a guest can be ready for all the local thrills of living like a local, including roosters in the mornings and dogs barking from time to time. It is not excessive however and most of our guests are not bothered.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.

We would like to inform you that, in order to maintain our pool in the best condition, our maintenance team performs a thorough cleaning every Tuesday and Thursday. This process takes a maximum of one hour, so you will be able to enjoy the pool later the same day once the cleaning is complete.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If access to the pool is not allowed during this time, an additional charge will apply due to the extra time and chemicals required to restore the pool to its optimal condition.
