The open design allows for lots of air and light, with the large patio doors open fresh breezes from the ocean cool down the apt, with doors shut there is the options of two Mini Split AC Systems on each level of the home.
The fully stocked, well appointed kitchen features every needed dish and appliance to cook up a storm or hire one of our private chefs for dinners in, Quartz Countertops and Melamine Cabinets create a stunning look for the space.
The home features two full bathrooms with rainfall showers,white porcelain, dual sinks and oversized mirrors.
The living space has been decorated in mid century modern style with comfortable high end furnishings and a stunningly created natural rock wall facade in the living space. A full desk set gives a work at home space in one of the nicest home offices imagineable!
Off the living space is the terrace, running the length of the apartment it's a great spot for a morning coffee to take in teh view, at night time you'll be able to see the fireworks on the harbor and watch the sunset in the summer months.
The second level of the loft features the sleeping space with pillowtop king bed, a second smart tv, and second washroom.
Off the bedroom is a second sun deck space to take in the sun on your own private rooftop patio.

Construction Noise Notice
Update 06Feb25 - Please note that a new building project has recently begun behind our building, facing this unit. Guests may experience construction noise, which can vary depending on the phase of the project. The construction operates during regular business hours.
As this development is external to our building, we have no control over the work being done and no additional information regarding its completion timeline. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a comfortable stay.
* Please be advised that the building is currently building a foodcourt on the ground level. At times during business hours there maybe some construction sounds heard in the building.
*This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding.
*The Avida Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday from 8am until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the hammock and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
Smoking Prohibited* Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.

We would like to inform you that, in order to maintain the cleanliness standards and proper functioning of our common areas, a fee will be implemented for the use of the grill in the recreational areas.
Starting from March 22, 2025, a 300 pesos fee will be charged for the use of the grill. This fee will be used to cover the costs associated with the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment after each use, as sometimes users do not meet the necessary cleaning standards to ensure the grill is in proper condition for the next use.
Why is this fee being implemented?
Proper cleaning: Although many guests try to clean the grill after use, the necessary cleaning standards to ensure it is in good condition are not always met. This results in additional work for our cleaning team, who must dedicate time and resources to make sure the grill is fully cleaned and ready for the next user.
Important Details:
The 300 pesos fee will be charged each time the grill is used.
This charge will be applied directly to the owner or tenant using the grill.
The cleaning team will perform a thorough check of the grill after each use to ensure it is maintained in proper condition.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this new measure. The goal is to provide a better experience for all owners and tenants while keeping our facilities in optimal condition for everyone to enjoy.
