Avida 207, is a very large 800 sq ft, 1 bedroom condo with 2 luxurious bathrooms. This stunning unit has custom designed parota wood furniture, clean lines, comfortable upholstered furniture, commissioned art work, and white marble floors.

The large sunny living area is a modern open concept design. The living area has plenty of seating and a 55 inch smart TV. The dining area seats 4 people comfortably. The kitchen area has quartzite countertops, an abundance of cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Steps away is a closet area with full size stackable washer and dryer. The high speed internet throughout the entire condo, allows you to work from any room.

The bedroom features sumptuous king size bed, large closet, and dresser for plenty of storage. The warm colors and designer pedant lights, add to the comfort of this room. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, and an oversized shower with a bench and rain tree shower head.

The living area can double as an additional sleeping area with a pull down Murphy bed with luxury memory foam mattress. One of the pictures above shows the living room with the bed down. The full second bathroom is accessed off the living area, and includes another oversize shower with bench and rain tree shower head.

***Important Note for October 10, 2024***

Please note that on Thursday, October 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the building will have a scheduled power outage due to maintenance work on the electrical system.

If you're planning to book for this date, we recommend keeping this in mind and planning around it. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Other Things to Note:

* Please be advised that the building is currently building a foodcourt on the ground level. At times during business hours there maybe some construction sounds heard in the building.

*This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding.

**The Avida Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday from 8am until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the hammock and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.

*Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
