The fully equipped kitchen provides all the space and kitchen amenities you'll need to create some great meals during your stay, or ask us about hiring a private chef to pamper and spoil you with local specialties. The relaxing living area features a 55" SmartTV flatscreen. The wonderful flow through from the living/kitchen space out to the open terrace with views of Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, with a full dining area and grill you can enjoy the sunset while taking dinner, or relax in the outdoor sitting area.
Other things to Note:
This property is part of Signature by Pinnacle which is run partially as a hotel style service and a private residence, we're on the private residence side of things. Our guests are able to use all the amenities of the building except the reception front desk, our concierge team from Samson Waters will meet you as you arrive and be available for your assistance throughout your stay.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are non smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
*ID Required - As a part of the check in process and as described on the HOA Rules, The Building administration requests a copy/picture of the Renters and their guests ID's to be submitted along with the reservation details. The information has to be sent to the administration email address at least 24 hours prior the check in. Non compliance of this requirement may delay and/or restrict renters access to the building. Renters are allowed to edit the picture of their ID's and hide all sensitive information such as mailing address or ID number, as long as picture and full name are visible.
