The space<br />
With 4 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, two half baths, full chef’s kitchen, spacious living rooms that lead to a beautiful terrace and private heated pool, Casa LaMont is the perfect place to unwind just minutes from all that Vallarta has to offer.<br />
Primary Bedroom — King size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, walk-in closet, and television with Apple TV.<br />
Bedroom 2 — King size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, and television. .<br />
Bedroom 3 — King size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, and television.<br />
Bedroom 4 — Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, and television.<br />
Every bedroom is equipped with remote controlled air conditioning units, safes, and are exquisitely designed and decorated. Bedrooms on top level offer spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas and your Italian style private pool below.<br />
For your convenience, the Casa offers wireless internet with up to 50 mbps, water filtration system, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen. The Casa also has a beautiful private pool deck, that is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy lovely evening of grilling and drinks by the pool.<br />
Casa LaMont has all the comforts of home in the middle of paradise and adventure. Guests are encouraged to use the Casa as their own and enjoy it to the fullest.<br />
Casa LaMont can accommodate up to 8 guests. Children are welcomed.<br />

***Nearby Construction Notice - <br />
We put this right at the top so no one misses it.  The neighbouring home Villa Melia has just informed us they will be demolishing their property and building a new high rise.   This will have direct impact to Casa LaMont during business hours (M-F 9-6 & Sat 9-1) from Nov 15 2023 through to Feb 15 2025 (as best we know at present from word from the owner)<br />

As with much of the Romantic Zone at this time there is a new construction going in across the road from the house.  They work during usual business hours beginning at 9:30AM. At times there may be drilling and other construction sounds coming from their property, as the job ramps up and down, noise can be unpredictable.  Guests using Casa LaMont as their home base as they explore the city, beaches and local area during the days should not be impacted to badly as the evenings are quiet ***<br />

*Pool and garden maintenance will be conducted during your stay. (they come MWF at 9 am but do not enter the house itself.)<br />
Our cleaning team does regular cleanings M/W/F during your stay.<br />

*This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding.<br />

*Smoking Prohibited* Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes.  This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking.  The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations.  Thanks for your understanding.<br />
