This condo is ideally located and is close to all attractions and facilities, including 5th Avenue, the beach, grocery stores (Walmart, Mega), and all of the great restaurants and shops Playa del Carmen has to offer. Located on Avenida Constituyentes nestled near historic 5th Avenue.

This condo is located in the best location in Playa del Carmen. You are walking distance to everything including beaches, shopping, activities, etc.

Or, there is a taxi stand at 10 meters outside the front door of the building.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.
