2 luxurious king bedded bedrooms will ensure a wonderful night of rest for you and your fellow travelers, both rooms feature LG A/C units, plush pillows and high end linens, the principle includes an ensuite 3 piece bathroom featuring marble and high end finishes, great for privacy and comfort while you prepare for a day at the beach or night on the town. The second bedroom features a heavenly king bed, with a shutter window to allow air and light in from the living room, the second bathroom is across the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the space and kitchen amenities you'll need to create some great meals during your stay, or ask us about hiring a private chef to pamper and spoil you with local specialties. The relaxing living area features a 55" SmartTV flatscreen with Netflix provided (special account for Casa Helene) & Amazon Prime which you can also log in if you have an account with a Bose Soundbar. The wonderful flow through from the living/kitchen space out to the open terrace one of the most astonishing views of Puerto Vallarta and the sea will take your breath away, with a full dining area and grill you can enjoy the sunset while taking dinner, or relax in the large day bed. - "This place kills it. If you like beautiful granite countertops, marble floors, wood paneling, a luxurious four poster master bed, glass enclosed rainfall showers, a million dollar view, and a five minute walk to the beach and heart of the romantic zone, this is the place to be. Staying at casa Helen is a true experience in Puerto Vallarta."

Other things to note:

* Renter Guest Policy - Guest are not allowed to have unregistered guests after 10PM in the building per admin rules.

*Casa Helene is on the top of Signature by Pinnacle which is run partially as a hotel style service and a private residence, we're on the private residence side of things. Our guests are able to use all the amenities of the building except the reception front desk, our concierge team from Samson Waters will meet you as you arrive and be available for your assistance throughout your stay.

*This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding.

**Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.

*This home is professionally managed for the owners and guests by the team at Samson Waters.

*ID Required - As a part of the check in process and as described on the HOA Rules, The Building administration requests a copy/picture of the Renters and their guests ID's to be submitted along with the reservation details. The information has to be sent to the administration email address at least 24 hours prior the check in. Not compliance of this requirement may delay and/or restrict renters access to the building. Renters are allowed to edit the picture of their ID's and hide all sensitive information such as mailing address or ID number, as long as picture and full name are visible.
