I have stayed at this property several years in a row. I highly recommend it. I have stayed at many other modern condo buildings in PV over the years I think this building rivals them all. The suite is very well equipped with everything you will need, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. There is nothing more you would want. Each bedroom has an equipped ensuite plus the half bath is a bonus. Some highlights are its huge T.V. with all the apps, Bose music system throughout the unit, remote controlled privacy blinds, gas stove, huge kitchen island, very comfortable beds, modern washer and dryer in a separate laundry room with all the supplies.
It has a great door lock code system and wallet card for the front gate for securing the unit and to make entrance and exits easy, and not needing to carry keys. Not to mention the 24 hours security guard.
The owner is great and very conscious and attentive to his tenants comfort and enjoyment.
The roof top is amazing and never crowded. Spectacular vistas over the Bay of Banderas, lots of lounge chairs sun or shade, tables and chairs, BBQ and party island area, shower, nice gym with amazing views, large heated pool and nice hot tub. It is really, really nice! This building built its own stairs walkway to get up to it which is meticulously cared for and an easy climb. There are also restaurants right near it that you can easily get to.
Not to mention its close to markets, stores, other restaurants, bars and everything in the Romantic Zone.
I could go on and on about how great it is…..
